value delivery accelerated
The value-first Delivery OS your organization can own
One connected system that turns strategy into measured, consumable value: the operational system of record, the written product development lifecycle that governs it, fifteen Claude skills that operate it, and the metrics that keep it honest. Built in production, licensed whole or in tiers, installed on your own stack.
What you license
Six parts of one system, and your organization owns the working use of all of them.
Most ways of working arrive as a framework and a slide deck. e2e Flow arrives as a running system: the records, the written practices, the skills that operate them, the instruments that measure them, a worked example you can walk through, and the accelerators that put each practice to work on your own portfolio the same week.
- 01
The Delivery OS
The operational system of record: one unbroken thread from strategic objective through initiative, value increment, and feature to the stories teams build, with time stamped by automations and the state of the portfolio visible rather than reported.
You own the design specification, the schema, the automations, the views and faces, on Notion and Linear today, installable on Jira and Confluence. - 02
The PDLC
The written product development lifecycle, as distinct from a software development lifecycle: the practices, agreements, roles, and decision rights that govern how an idea becomes consumable value, authored so people and Notion AI answer from the same pages.
You own the guidance estate of roughly ninety-five practice pages, the glossary and cross-map, the keywords and aliases, and the nano pages. - 03
The Increment Delivery Chain
Fifteen agentic skills built on Anthropic’s Claude that run the recurring events as facilitated rounds, read the live portfolio each morning, and arrive with the evidence assembled and the next action drafted. Named humans decide; nothing changes silently.
You own the skill packages, the operating principles, and the context-file practice that makes every output specific to your organization. - 04
Metrics and dashboards
A metrics registry that is the single definition of every measure, a catalog of roughly sixty metrics across nine domains, and dashboards that work like watch faces: one instrument underneath, a face for each role and each event on top.
You own the registry, the catalog, the complication library, the role and event faces, and the ratified threshold register. - 05
The reference model
The e2e Flow reference model, worked as BigBank: one continuous example carried from a customer idea to consumed value, so every practice, record, and dashboard can be seen in use before you decide anything.
You own the worked example as the scaffolding your own examples progressively replace. - 06
The adoption system
Fifty-six accelerators in four families, the strategic and tactical practice cards, the roadmap views, the nano pages, and the universal translator that carries existing roadmaps into the Delivery OS with the mapping stated on every record.
You own every instrument, paired with micro-sessions measured in minutes and run on your own work the same day.
One thread
Any piece of work can answer “why are we doing this,” and any objective can show its progress.
The Delivery OS holds one unbroken thread from strategic objectives through initiatives, value increments, features, and stories. Work enters through a single front door, is ordered on evidence such as Cost of Delay rather than on opinion, is pulled into delivery when capacity actually exists, and is measured after delivery for the value it returns, so every quarter’s investment decisions learn from the last. Traceability is a property of the data itself, never a reporting exercise.
Product, not software
A product development lifecycle governs the whole investment. An SDLC governs only how software gets built.
That distinction is how e2e Flow keeps the focus on product and value delivery. An SDLC begins when a requirement arrives and ends when the code ships. The PDLC begins when the organization decides what matters and ends when a customer can use what was built and the investment can be shown to have paid off. In between sit the practices most frameworks leave to interpretation: how work enters, how it is chosen, how commitments are made at honest capacity, and how results are confirmed.
Every level of the work carries a measurable outcome and defined acceptance criteria, so nothing is worked on without a stated result and a way to confirm it arrived. The Delivery OS is built to operate these practices, the dashboards measure what these practices define, and the skills load these pages as their instructions. Change the practice and everything built on it follows. Read the PDLC, including how a PRD evolves into a Value Requirements Document.
Operated, not administered
The skills carry the mechanics. The judgment stays yours.
Fifteen Claude skills operate the system’s working rhythm as three movements on one spine: the Chain defines work from objective to plan, the Rhythm operates the quarter, and the Watch reads the portfolio every morning. The business side joins through the Door, the Voice, the Window, and the Proof. Every one of them runs under the same rule: assemble the evidence, draft the next action, and stop. Named people decide under a published decision-rights table, and any write-back lands only on approval.
In one working session the chain took a real increment from a hardened brief to twenty-four specified features, one hundred and seven sized stories loaded directly into Linear, and a dated six-iteration plan with its risks named honestly. Work that consumed weeks of senior people completed in an afternoon, with every decision held by an accountable human. Meet the fifteen skills.
Three layers, one substrate
The guidance says how you work. The Delivery OS holds what you are doing. Context files carry who you are.
Every skill stands on all three. The PDLC carries the practices with every claim citable to a page, the Delivery OS carries the live portfolio, and the context files carry the domain knowledge that otherwise lives in people’s heads and gets re-explained in every meeting. The layer is what makes an output real for your organization instead of a generic answer a senior person must rework, and it is part of what you license.
See it running
The reference model, worked as BigBank.
BigBank is a worked example aggregated from more than two decades of engagements, never a client. The whole system is populated as BigBank, so every page, record, view, and skill output can be shown in full. The video overviews are in production; until they arrive, the working session is where you watch it run.
The morning read
The Watch reads the BigBank portfolio in Notion and Linear and reports only what is aging, blocked, or drifting, each exception with its owning role and a drafted next step.
How it arrives
Installed by the people who built it, at the speed your organization can honestly absorb.
Process Mentors is the consulting partner. The engagement starts with a free working session where the system runs a portfolio shaped like yours, continues as a pilot on one value stream timeboxed against a six-week target with the exact duration set jointly, and installs the Delivery OS on your own stack with the chain running against your live portfolio. Adoption is just in time: a micro-session measured in minutes, a proven accelerator, and your real work the same day. How adoption works, and how licensing is shaped.
A working session
Free, forty-five minutes. You watch the Delivery OS and the skills run, then we work your own portfolio against it.
A pilot on one value stream
Timeboxed against a six-week target, duration set jointly, deliverables named before anything is signed.
Installed and owned
The Delivery OS on your stack, the chain operating it, your people running the events, the license in your name.

e2e Flow is created by Joshua Barnes, founder of Process Mentors and co-creator of End-to-End Flow, whose end-to-end flow intellectual property PMI acquired and incorporated into Disciplined Agile. The system on this site is the current state of that work: built in production, operated by AI skills, and licensed so that the organization using it owns the working use of it rather than renting a consultant’s memory.
