Accelerators
The piece most frameworks leave out is the set of assets an organization can actually pick up and use. e2e Flow ships 56 collaborative accelerators, the boards, templates, exercises, and games that put each practice into action, paired with the newer instruments the Delivery OS era added: the practice cards, the roadmap views, the nano pages, and the universal translator.
Each accelerator is built to run on your own work, in a micro-session measured in minutes rather than a course measured in days. A team identifying its first value increments uses the identification board on its real roadmap items; a portfolio team setting its Definition of Ready writes the one it will ratify. The practice lands the same day, which is the adoption model in full: just in time, never just in case.
The catalog
Four families, 56 instruments, current vocabulary throughout.
The catalog speaks value increments, Value Delivery Planning, Value Flow Planning, and the rest of the current methodology, so the instruments and the guidance estate use one vocabulary end to end.

The newer instruments
What the Delivery OS era added to the kit.
Strategic practice cards
Twenty-five one-screen cards, one per strategic-side practice from strategic objectives through the Investment Loop to business roles in the flow, each carrying the practice in one sentence, its preconditions, and its place on the thread.
Tactical practice cards
Ten cards for the Inception practices, from tailoring the way of working and onboarding the team through sizing, architecture direction, risk-first ordering, and Value Flow Planning to ready-enough stories for the first iteration.
Roadmap views
Four design-system renderings over the same records: the executive timeline, Now, Next, and Later, initiative streams, and the dependency map, each stamped with its as-of date and its confidence encoding.
Nano pages
Two-minute teachings of a single practice, placed where the work happens, so the question “how do we do this here” is answered at the moment it is asked rather than in a session weeks earlier.
The universal translator
A skill that carries work planned the previous way, a roadmap deck and a tracker, into the Delivery OS retroactively: lighter initiative and increment records with real Feature Kanban rows and a translation matrix on every increment stating what was done and what it became.
The From-To map and the template infographics
A one-page account of what changes for each role, and the content-and-properties-by-stage pictures for initiatives, increments, and features, so nobody has to guess what to set, when, and who sets it.
What the license contains
Every instrument, with the micro-session that pairs with it.
The 56 accelerators as collaborative boards and templates ready to duplicate into your own workspace, the strategic and tactical card sets, the roadmap view generators, the nano page set, the universal translator skill, the From-To map, and the template infographics, each paired with its micro-session outline. The catalog refreshes from the board base as new accelerators are proven in engagements. How the tiers are shaped.
