The lineage

From End-to-End Flow to the Delivery OS.

End-to-End Flow began as a methodology: one connected thread of value traced from a customer idea or stakeholder request through strategic objectives, initiatives, value and innovation increments, features, user and technical stories, and tasks, with the highest-impact practices shown in action at every level. PMI acquired that intellectual property and incorporated it into Disciplined Agile. The long-form methodology continues at appliedendtoendflow.com.

e2e Flow is what the methodology became when it was built as a running system rather than described in a book: the Delivery OS as the operational system of record, the PDLC as the written product development lifecycle that governs it, the Increment Delivery Chain of Claude skills that operates it, and the metrics registry and dashboards that keep it honest. Every part of it has been used in production and refined through many revisions, and every part is licensed so that the organization using it owns the working use of it. It is agnostic to the way of working, whether agile, predictive, or hybrid, and it is tailorable to any organization that turns strategy into delivered value.

Two sites, one body of work

Where to read what.

This site is the product: what e2e Flow contains and what an organization owns when it licenses it. processmentors.com is the engagement: how the Delivery OS is installed, the working session, the pilot, and the consulting practice behind it. The vocabulary is shared, and the glossary is the same on both.

Bring a quarter you want to run differently.

A working session, not a pitch: the Delivery OS runs a portfolio shaped like yours, the skills run an event on it, and you leave knowing exactly what your organization would own.
