Owning it

Partners

e2e Flow is the product. Process Mentors is the consulting partner that installs it, runs the adoption, and operates the first quarter beside your people until the rhythm carries itself.

The two were built together and they are sold together, because a system of record without the practice that governs it is a database, and a practice without the system that operates it is a slide deck. Process Mentors brings the experience: more than two decades of engagements across Fortune 100 companies, government agencies, and enterprises in financial services, healthcare, telecommunications, and retail. e2e Flow brings the intellectual property that experience produced, in a form an organization can own.

How license and engagement combine

One conversation, two decisions.

The engagement begins with a free working session of forty-five minutes, where the Delivery OS and the skills run a portfolio shaped like yours and then your own portfolio is worked against it. It continues as a pilot on one value stream, timeboxed against a six-week target with the exact duration set jointly, and with the deliverables named before anything is signed. The pilot is where the licensing tier becomes obvious, because by its end your organization has used the guidance, the system, and in most cases the skills on real work.

The full rollout runs in waves, each tailored to your vocabulary and your product lines, and each producing something your people are already using. When the engagement ends, the license stays. The engagement side, including the three-step ladder and what the pilot contains, is published at processmentors.com; the product side, what you own at each tier, is published here.

The lineage

End-to-End Flow, Disciplined Agile, and what came after.

e2e Flow is created by Joshua Barnes, co-creator of End-to-End Flow with Curtis Hibbs, whose end-to-end flow intellectual property PMI acquired and incorporated into Disciplined Agile. The long-form methodology lives at appliedendtoendflow.com. The value-first, AI-enabled Delivery OS on this site is its current state: the same thread from idea to consumed value, now held in a system of record, operated by a chain of skills, and measured by instruments. Working with partners

Consultancies and internal transformation teams.

Organizations with their own transformation office, and consultancies serving clients who need a value-first operating system, can license e2e Flow and be enabled by Process Mentors to run the adoption themselves. The accelerators, the practice cards, the nano pages, and the reference model worked as BigBank were built so that a prepared practitioner can run a micro-session the day after seeing it run, and the skills install the same way against any Delivery OS built to the specification. The shape of that arrangement is set in the conversation.

Start the conversation with the people who built it.

A working session, not a pitch: the Delivery OS runs a portfolio shaped like yours, the skills run an event on it, and you leave knowing exactly what your organization would own.
